Today, March 5th, is University Mental Health Day in the UK. Run jointly by Student Minds and UMHAN, it’s an annual event that helps raise awareness of mental health in higher education.

According to The Times Higher Education World Rankings, released early last week, Oxford University once again takes the top spot. However, THE tables now jostle for attention among other providers such as The Guardian University League Tables, The Complete University Guide (CUG), and the Good University Guide (GUG). In contrast to THE, all three of these positioned Cambridge University as their number one.
The start of the New Year is a busy time for Britain’s A-level students.
The main deadline for UK university applications is January 15th. And for students across the UK, it is the culmination of soul searching (and googling) to put together their shortlist.
